I don't often put the food that we actually send out to clients here, no good reason.  Thanks for all the support.  Tell your friends and frenemies to follow the blog and like our FB page.

Food headed out to a valued client
Grilled Chicken, Old Bay Shrimp and Sauteed Scallops and with an assortment of Roasted Vegetables from the Falls Church Farmers Market.  Just a note the MicroGreens are from Louden Farms and were Scallion and Wasabi sprouts.

THIS WEEK WE ATE THE BEAR!

Bill, Terry and I; with Elise's support; did another team building event.

This one was for VERISIGN of Reston, VA.
Senior Manger for Engineering John Colosi brought his team of 20 for a team event, NO BAKE DESSERTS!

The teams were asked to answer a trivia question to access the pantry to grab the items they needed, they moved on to grab equipment and then

A truly wonderful time was had by all and the even wanted to have a photo op with me, who knew?

 THANKS

Please ask just one friend to follow me please!

An interesting several weeks, life got it the way and slowed me down and then...
Date nite, such fun for a lovely couple who just needed to reconnect a step away from work and children.  In their own home, something we might all consider.
Ladies afternoon with the Chef.  A group of friends just needing to gain some basic skills and have fun.  They did learn a variety of skills and ways to think about preparing food.
Here is the big one, this week we have another team building event, for 20.  This group will be making NO BAKE desserts in a short time.  In a Top Chef kind of format they will receive a recipe have to gather products from a "pantry" and then prep, all within about 1hour.  At the end the teams will judge each other, how cool is that.  Details to follow

Sometimes you get the bear, sometimes the bear gets you...

This week the bear got me.   I did some lovely and tasty food SAT night and did have our first dance lesson and then...
We have some cool stuff on the horizon, a team building for 20 on WED followed by a breakfast for 30 and then a drop off for some lovely ladies on a boat and then a get together of friends, ONWARD!
