Summer is....almost, here

Memorial day was damp, BBQ's rained on and moved inside.  Our own regular trip to Wolf Trap to hear the Marine Corps Band and see fireworks moved inside. Bug free and cooler the food and conversation flowed.  Good friends and Good Food can't be beat.  
The Beef Short Ribs on the menu this week made their debut at our gathering, conversation about crabs and soft shells particularly were discussed.  They are on the menu.  A friend had given us some Venison Loin some time ago and it was on our table this week.  If you like game, get it now.

GREAT DAY!

We are energized by the continued Five Star response we get.  The reviews published on Thumbtack for each type of business have been great and the ongoing private support is wonderful.

We have requests to ship, we will only do OVERNIGHT and will only ship in Maryland and Virginia so...If you are on the Eastern Shore on vacation or in Mananas for the Reenactment let us know.  We think the charge for 10 meals will be about $25 in addition to our base charges.

When searching for the right personnel, we have high standards.  Scott Sunshine aided us in delivering a culinary experience as part of a corporate event and not only are his chef skills superb, but his attitude is great and he really had fun with us.  Scott shared some of his creations with us and has made us aware of his new business venture that we expect great success from in the very near future.  Scott took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish and designed food items that appropriately met, and frankly exceeded, our expectations making our event a smashing success.  We will share his name with others and use him again in the future, as he embodies what is great about small food businesses: personal touch, attention to detail, hard work and of course, tasty dishes.  Hats off to Scott and his team for all of his help and kindness.  Use him for your next event!

We did it again!

	We did a work group activity and Chef Sunshine was great to work with on this project. He was so flexible and got our unique concept from the start. All of my co-workers loved the activity and his help throughout.

Following up..

Another 5 star outing!  We assisted Strategic Analytic with their team building event.  9 teams of 4 passed through our kitchen to build PIES!  Great fun and successful in creating a wonderful atmosphere for all, the SA folks and Bill, the VFW and me.

Last night Strategic Analytic of Arlington used us to to a team building event at the VFW Post 9274 -Martin-Leppert-Sipes Post in Falls Church.
The event was to support Homeward Bound Pet Rescue
