Buyer Beware!

Whether actually purchasing goods or services remember that the perspective of the parties involved is often very different. I came across a recent example where a CL poster thought that Chef=Cook and even after being directed to many sites insisted that they were correct.
LISTEN! Ask questions to fill in all the blanks that you may have. Steping back and taking a few more minutes may save you time in the long run.

Eric too!

Eric and his friends did us all proud by graduating from Indiana University.
We did food for them on Friday night including a Barbeque and Onion Marinated Brisket of Beef, Honey Garlic Chicken, Spinach Salad with Mango and Papaya, Fennel Salad with Caramelized Fennel and Red Onions with Wrinkled Balsamic Grape Tomato, Tossed Salad with Raddiccco, Roasted Root Veggies, Sushi Salad and Cinnimon Roasted Pears
