I usually spend my week at a Hilton property. I even seem to spend my time off from work, such as vacations, at Hilton properties. In all of my experiences with Hilton, and every other hotel chain for that matter, I have never received better service. From the moment I walked through the door, Jeffery at the front desk, made me feel like I was coming home instead of being away. But it didn't end with our arrival, or with just Jeffery. The Chef, Scott, treated us like a member of his own family as we dined. We had the privilege to speak with the GM Carole and fully understand how this level of service was maintained throughout our entire visit.

I’m usually pretty critical, but I can honestly say I loved everything! Cleanliness, delicious meals and impeccable service! What else could I have asked for?

Thank you for making us feel like we were more than guests. We felt like family.

This place is the best. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that everything you need is taken care of. Incredibly friendly and eager to help. The waitress even held our baby during dinner! The rooms were beautiful and the overall hotel was lovely as well. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. What a great experience we had. We will definitely be back!

We arrived at the hotel after it had just opened. We were in between moves and needed to stay around the falls church area for 2 weeks before we could move into our apartment. Carol and her team were very helpful and understanding of our situation. The hotel was clean, the room was a good size, the staff was very willing to help out whether it was changing our microwave or cleaning our room at our convenience. The amenities were well kept, from the swimming pool with a lifeguard, the Gym, to the coin operated laundry. The breakfast had a choice of hot and cold food and Scott was a wonderful chef. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with some wonderful restaurants around and my family and I were very comfortable, even with the challenge of getting kids to school from the hotel.
Thank you to the entire staff at Hilton Garden Inn, Falls church, for your help.

·         Always can count on having a good experience with a Hilton Garden Inn stay but this one was at the head of the class. It deserves six stars! Spent the long weekend at this hotel. Location was key to our activities in DC and in Virginia . Our room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. All of the employees were extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast selection was extensive and additionally had the ability to have a special made breakfast ! Would definitely come back

Since it was located between Dulles Airport and DC and conviniently close to a Metro Station, we choosed this new Hotel for our vacation trip to Washington.
It was a pleasent surprise for us to get to the Hotel and experienced the charming and warmfull greetings from the Hotel team. Oscar, Brielle, Jeffrey and the rest of the team were always pending of our needs and happy to help us.
Since it is new, rooms and common areas looks great and conviniently equipped.
Breakfast service is really good, tastefully with fresh fruits and a great omelette.
The shuttle service from the Hotel and the Metro station is very convenient.
For us the best of the Hotel was the dedication of their staff to make the stay an excelent experience!

We usually travel to the DC area every year, mostly staying in Old Town Alexandria. This year, we looked for a hotel a few minutes away from the city because of the free parking. We stumbled upon the Hilton Garden Inn on Hotels.com. It had only been open for 2 weeks but was very inexpensive, close to the city, and had free parking and free internet, something that is hard to find in the DC area. We arrived late on a Tuesday night to be greeted by a luxurious lobby, complete with fire place, seating area, great lighting, fruit-infused water and cookies. Check in took less than 2 minutes before we were off to our room.
The room itself, a basic king room, was gorgeous. Nice color scheme, comfortable bed and chairs, a little cabinet with a mini fridge, microwave, and personal Keurig coffee maker. The next day we decided to travel into the city. We were delighted to find out that the hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the Falls Church Metro Station. The driver was nice and we quickly made friends with the other travelers on our shuttle. We had the opportunity to have breakfast at the on site restaurant located off the main lobby. “Stay here. You won't be sorry.”

She was very pleasant and was able to recommend several Falls Church restaurants and places of interest.
Our entire stay was wonderful. We would recommend this beautiful new hotel to anyone traveling to the DC area looking for a high class hotel experience on a budget. A+ to the Hilton Garden Inn.
