Oops, Spring is indeed coming...

When we last left our heroes they had moved into the new kitchen and were starting to work on Spring menus.  The first of those will be ready for next week.
The food will continue to be fresh and seasonal and will also be lighter, generally.
We are also considering Composed Salads, we just have to figure out how to make it both substantial  enough and cost effective on both sides, ideas are welcome.

WE CONTINUE TO EVOLVE...

Our kitchen is now running better, we are getting the hang of the space.
Our packaging is a little smaller and with only one compartment, more eco-friendly, fits better in the fridge and the food looks more like the plated items.

Moving past the snow...

Yesterday slowed us down just a bit but...You will now find us on NextDoor, Falls Church and we will be working on the web site and other postings.
