Oops, Spring is indeed coming...

When we last left our heroes they had moved into the new kitchen and were starting to work on Spring menus.  The first of those will be ready for next week.
The food will continue to be fresh and seasonal and will also be lighter, generally.
We are also considering Composed Salads, we just have to figure out how to make it both substantial  enough and cost effective on both sides, ideas are welcome.
