Listening...

Some of my friends and others have made suggestions about offerings that did not feature a red meat or gluten product.  To that end we have developed this menu that will run side by side with our regular offerings.

A side note, Spring is coming and our menus will reflect the season.

1. Roasted Vegetable and Cheese Lasagna (V)
2. Cheese and Mushroom Ravioli with Pomodoro Sauce (V)
3.  Wild Mushroom and Roasted Vegetable Risotto (V, GF)
4.  Seared Sea Bass over Linguini Alfredo with roasted root vegetables
5. Tilapia Piccata with Rice and Vegetables (GF)
6.  Grilled Mahi with Hosin Sauce over brown rice with vegetables (GF)
7.  Sesame Seared Tuna over Ramen with vegetables
8. Grilled Salmon with Thin Rice noodles and oriental vegetables (GF)
9. Roasted Vegetables and Grilled Portobello Mushrooms over Braised Lentils (V, GF)
10. Sesame Seared Tofu over Stir Fried Vegetables with brown rice (V,GF)
11. Falafel, Hummus and Babaganoush over sautéed vegetables with Farro (V,GF)
12. Zucchini Boats filled with rice and roasted vegetables (V,GF)
$18/meal 5 meal mimimum
