BEEN AWAY...

I was in New York for the NY/International Restaurant Show.  Some interesting things some of which will show up on our menu in coming weeks.

7.  Falafel, Hummus, and Babaganoush over Sautéed Vegetables and Farro (V)
8. Grilled Mahi with Hosin Sauce over Brown Rice with Vegetables
9 Grilled Salmon with Thin Rice noodles and oriental vegetables
